Video is the best way to create an emotional connection with a customer or a client. Seeing combined with hearing inspires the other senses. While technology has certainly enhanced the ability to create great video, the art form still comes down to the age-old tradition of storytelling.
Carlton learned the power of storytelling early in high school when reporting on the impact of drunk driving for a project. The interviews with real victims and hearing their accounts inspired the high school sophomore to tell the kinds of stories that change lives.

After that experience in high school Carlton pursued broadcast communications in college graduating with a Bachelors Degree from BYU, then added an MBA from Harding University. His early career was dedicated to telling the stories of athletics and personal triumph as a sportscaster for KJZZ in Salt Lake City, KREM2 in Spokane and finally back home at KARK in Little Rock.
In 2001 Carlton found heaven outside hosting and producing FLW Outdoors for the Dempsey Film Group. After 7 wonderful years, he launched Wing Media Group and has launched over a dozen outdoors television programs.

Editor/ Camera/ Angler
Michael owns Bespoke Video Production and has worked with Carlton for 20 years. The two have caught a lot of fish and have talked about even more.
Camera / angler / energy
Tim brings the energy into every production. If anyone even shows even a slight delay in enthusiasm, Tim proclaims "Where's the passion?!?" and everyone goes right back to their A-Game.

The heart and soul of Wing Media Group, she provides the class. Occasionally she will step in front of a camera with camping tips and always loves a good hike.
